Our first tip comes from drop2sync user Leslie – thanks for the tip!
Leslie sometimes loads ebooks onto her NOOK with a USB cable and Calibre and sometimes wirelessly with drop2sync.  Calibre stores the ebooks in folders by author and drop2sync puts all books in the Books folder.  Here’s her tip:

I have found a way to keep the new epubs at the top of the list of author folders… it involves adding “A.” (the letter A with a period) to the beginning of each file.
